WHO WE ARE:

Graywolf Properties specializes in the management of investment and asset properties, with an emphasis in the management of self-storage Facilities. The company's founder, John Gertenbach, has been in the self-storage management field since 1987. In 1999, he formed Graywolf Properties, primarily as a source for absentee property owners who desired a reputable and professional company to oversee the day-to-day operations of their business investment. Mr. Gertenbach has managed over 50 self-storage properties throughout three western states. Management and consulting services are available nationwide.

OUR PHILOSOPHY:

Our philosophy is each property has it's own personality and needs. We believe that the same principle applies to each property owner as well. Therefore, each property is individually assessed as to it's specific needs. We will implement a progressive business plan and will persist in making that plan reality. We realize  the goal of income-producing property is to produce income. Our focus will always be "the bottom line."

MARKETING:

We have a diverse number of marketing strategies that we implement in obtaining the financial goals of our clients asset(s). Our innovative approach provides us the opportunity to contine seeking a "better mousetrap" for marketing a 'client's' property. We strive to be on the cutting edge of new and exciting marketing strategies.

ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL:

We believe strongly in emphasising tight financial controls. Financial reports are prepared, reviewed, and analyzed monthly, or upon a 'client's' request.

PERSONNEL:

We diligently screen, interview, hire, train, and manage our 'clients' employees. Knowing that employees "make or break" a business, we pay close attention to ongoing training and supervision. We will handle all employee payroll activity and will monitor all employer payroll tax reporting.
